At Babyonlinedress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our return and refund procedures to ensure a clear and transparent process.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- We shipped the wrong item or incorrect size/color
- There is a quality issue with the product
Important: All our wedding and party dresses are made-to-order and custom-crafted for each customer. Custom-sized dresses are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue or shipping error.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at service@babyonlinedress.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item showing the damage, defect, or error
Step 2: Return Authorization
Once we review your request and approve the return, we will send you:
- Return shipping address
- Instructions for packaging and shipping
Important: Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Send the item back to us within 30 days from the date you receive our return authorization. Please use a trackable shipping method for your protection. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until the return is processed.
Refund Processing
After we receive your returned item, we will:
- Inspect the item to verify the condition and confirm it meets the return criteria
- Process your refund within 7 business days of inspection
- Credit the refund to your original payment method
Return Shipping Costs
For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If we shipped a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us for a prepaid return label or reimbursement instructions.
For Non-Quality Issues:
If you are returning an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or shipping error (such as change of mind or fit preference), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Wedding & Party Dresses - Special Conditions
Made-to-Order Products:
All our wedding and party dresses are custom-made to order. This means each dress is crafted specifically for you based on your selected size or provided measurements.
Standard Size Dresses:
If you ordered a standard size and wish to return the dress for non-quality reasons (such as fit preference or change of mind), the following conditions apply:
- A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Any rush fees or special service fees are non-refundable
- The dress must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached
Custom-Sized Dresses:
Dresses made to custom measurements are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue or we shipped the wrong item.
Alterations:
If your dress doesn't fit as expected, we recommend having it altered by a local tailor at your own expense. Our dresses are made according to the size chart or measurements you provided, so please ensure accuracy when placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-sized dresses (unless defective or incorrect)
- Items that have been worn, altered, or washed
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time, as all our dresses are made to order. If you need a different size, color, or style, please:
- Contact us to initiate a return (if eligible)
- Place a new order for the item you prefer
Our customer service team is happy to assist with size recommendations or provide color swatches to help you make the best choice for your new order.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Since all our dresses are custom-made, production begins immediately after your order is placed. Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Cancellation Refund Schedule:
- Within 24 hours: Full refund (100% of product price + shipping)
- 24 to 72 hours: Partial refund (70% of product price + full shipping cost)
- 72 to 120 hours: Partial refund (40-60% of product price + full shipping cost)
- Beyond 120 hours: Partial refund (30% of product price + full shipping cost)
- After shipment: Cancellation is no longer possible
To request a change or cancellation: Email service@babyonlinedress.com immediately with your order number and requested changes.
Order Confirmation
Please review your order details carefully, including size, color, and style, within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately if you notice any errors.

Sizing Assistance:
If you are unsure about sizing, color, or style, please contact our customer service team before placing your order. We are happy to provide:
- Detailed size charts and measurement guides
- Color swatches or fabric samples (when available)
- Style recommendations based on your occasion
- Custom measurement instructions
Multiple Orders for Try-On:
We do not accept returns for the purpose of ordering multiple dresses to try on and keeping only one. Please contact us for assistance before ordering if you need help choosing the right dress.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at service@babyonlinedress.com with your order number and details. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your dress.
International Returns
For international orders, please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
- Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Processing time may be longer due to international shipping and customs clearance
